Located in the town of Camden on the rocky shores of Penobscot Bay, this lovely home has magnificent views from not only the large deck but also many of the rooms. Although there are other homes in the neighborhood, Penobscot Bay House offers a quiet location in which to relax. The house has mature plantings and there is a path leading to another small and private sitting area overlooking the Bay.
Built in 1980 and traditional in style, Penobscot Bay House has cathedral ceilings in both the living room and the first floor master bedroom. The master bedroom, living room and dining room, with their large windows, overlook the Bay with other rooms having partial views. Penobscot Bay House is fully air-conditioned
Upon entering into the front foyer you can proceed down a few stairs and into the first floor living area or go up to the second floor bedroom area. As you enter the living room you are greeted by the magnificent view of Penobscot Bay with access to the large deck area. There is comfortable seating, a large TV and a game table within the living room. To the right is the master bedroom with king bed, lovely views, sitting area, TV and ensuite bath with tub/shower. The dining room, also with its Bay views and the fully equipped kitchen are to the left of the living room. From the kitchen there is a hallway with the half bath and laundry room. The hallway leads to the garage and also to a loft above the garage. The loft has a 2 twin beds, a very attractive sitting area television.
At the top of the stairs on the second floor there is a loft area with a lovely antique desk for your use. To the left is a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a bath with shower. Overlooking the Bay is a study with terrific views of the Bay.
